ELIGIBILITY & MERIT CRITERIA
Admissions will be strictly based on a merit list prepared by combining 50% weightage of the entrance exam score and 50% weightage of the qualifying examination (Class 12th).
Valid qualified scores from NATA-2026 (conducted by COA) or JEE Main-2026 Paper-2 (conducted by NTA) are mandatory.
Qualified NATA candidates will receive primary preference. If qualified NATA candidates are unavailable, qualified candidates from JEE Main-2026 Paper-2 (Aptitude Test in Architecture) will be considered.

⚠️ CRITICAL CLC ATTENDANCE RULE
To seek admission in the CLC rounds, candidates must physically present themselves on campus between 10:30 AM and 01:00 PM on the designated reporting date to lock their presence.
The real-time merit list will be prepared at 01:00 PM for all present candidates, and admissions will proceed sequentially based on merit rank.
🚫 IMPORTANT ADMISSION POLICIES
- Physical presence during the specified reporting window is mandatory.
- Only candidates who successfully mark attendance will be considered for seat allotment.
- Admissions will be granted strictly according to merit rank and seat availability.
- Candidates must carry all required original documents for verification.
- Failure to report within the prescribed time may result in loss of admission opportunity for that phase.
Please note that the facility to cancel or withdraw an online registration becomes completely unavailable on the portal once the final choice filling/locking deadline for a centralized round closes, or on the designated reporting date for a College Level Counseling (CLC) round.
